At EVE LOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your skincare products, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our official website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
